Eric NeuburgerStadium DirectorEric NeuburgerEric Neuburger leads Lucas Oil Stadium, the nation's premier, state of the art, retractable roof, multi-purpose stadium in downtown Indianapolis and home of the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts. The venue, which opened in 2008, has been host to the NFL Super Bowl XLVI in 2012, the NCAA Men’s Final Four in 2010, 2015, and 2021, and the College Football Playoff National Championship Game in 2022. The stadium will host the U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Swimming in 2024, and will again host the NCAA Men’s Final Four in 2026. Neuburger is a licensed attorney and holds Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs and Doctor of Jurisprudence degrees from Indiana University as well as Master of Business Administration and Master of Sports Administration degrees from Ohio University. Prior to his arrival, Neuburger served as Senior Associate Athletic Director for Administration and External Alliances at Indiana University, and as Executive Director of the Indiana Governor's Council for Physical Fitness and Sports.
Marcie LapehnBooking ManagerMarcie Lapehn serves as the Booking Manager for Lucas Oil Stadium where she is responsible for booking events and cultivating relationships with existing and prospective clients. Lapehn graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in hospitality and food management and began her career in lodging, tourism and corporate events here in Indianapolis. Lapehn recently returned to Indy after several years on the west coast where she produced corporate and entertainment events and consulted for the National Football League on their tentpole events including Pro Bowl, Kickoff and Draft Fan Experiences.
Heidi MallinSpecial Projects ManagerHeidi Mallin, Special Projects Manager, has been a meaningful part of Lucas Oil Stadium even before its opening in 2008 as member of the RCA Dome staff involved in the planning process. Heidi graduated with her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and her Master’s degree from Indiana University and has been involved in everything from major event bids, stadium decor, signage, premium seating, green initiatives and more. She especially enjoys being part of a team working together to host unique events and enhance the experience of all guests and staff.
Ryan May Field Manager

Lucas Oil Stadium Field Manager Ryan May recently joined the team in September 2020. His primary role is overseeing the field at the home of the Colts, making sure it stays in top shape for any event that comes through. He graduated from Xavier University in 2018 and prior to joining the LOS team has spent time at Pacers Sports & Entertainment, the Cincinnati Reds, and Cincinnati Public Schools as a HS Assistant Athletic Director. Ryan loves sports and getting outside, so when he is not working you might find him out on a golf course, playing in a rec league with friends or even just out on the cultural trail for a run. 

Katie Mulcahy Event Manager

Katie Mulcahy joined Lucas Oil Stadium as an Event Coordinator in 2018.  She graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana with a degree in Hospitality and Food Management.  Now as an Event Manager, her role at the stadium involves organizing and executing longstanding events as well as helping build brand new events from the ground up.  She loves the opportunity to serve a diverse group of clients and guests and looks forward to continuing to create a positive experience for all of those in the future.  

Taylor RathkeSenior Program Operations ManagerTaylor RathkeTaylor Rathke joined Lucas Oil Stadium as the Project Manager in 2018. She graduated with an undergraduate degree from Purdue University as well as a master’s degree from Ball State University. Her primary role at the stadium involves organizing and supervising the execution of priority projects spanning nearly every department of the Stadium. She enjoys her leadership role overseeing booking, ticket operations and guest services.
Paul SuitersSecurity ManagerPaul SuitersPaul E. Suiters CFI, has been the Security Manager for the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium since 2013. He also currently serves as a Reserve Police Officer with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and has previously served with the Marion County Sheriff's Department, the U.S. Army and the Indiana National Guard. Paul takes great pride in facilitating Lucas Oil Stadium's achievement of a number one rating from the National Football League for stadium and venue security for the past five years.
Isaac Wright Event Manager Isaac Wright, Event Manager, has been a member of the Lucas Oil Stadium team since his internship in 2016. He has since been involved with many events at the Stadium, as well as several Final Fours and Super Bowls across the country. He takes pride in his role as part of the Lucas Oil Stadium team, as well as creating a memorable experience for all clients and guests.
Craig Yust Senior Event Manager Craig Yust started in the role of Senior Event Manager in August of 2022. Camryn RothEvent Coordinator

Camryn Roth began her position as an Event Coordinator at Lucas Oil Stadium in August 2022. Camryn received her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management in 2019. She most recently worked in association management planning educational conferences, but also has experience in wedding planning and Parks & Rec. With a passion for the events industry, she is excited to put her experience to use at the Stadium.

Justyne PolgarEvent Coordinator

Justyne Polgar joined the team at Lucas Oil Stadium full-time as an Event Coordinator in June of 2023 after being promoted from an intern position. She graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management. Her role at the stadium involves working on the event team to plan and execute a wide variety of events. She enjoys the opportunity to connect with clients, fans and colleagues to put together and create memorable experiences for all guests.

Elena KulaginaProgram Operation Coordinator

Elena Kulagina joined Lucas Oil Stadium as a Program Operation Coordinator in 2022. She graduated from Ohio University with a master’s in Professional Sports Administration in addition to her master’s in Journalism obtained abroad. She worked overseas with national Olympic teams and pro basketball clubs on the top national and European levels for 12 years. A seasoned veteran in working with diverse populations and nationalities, Elena is passionate about event organization and operations management. Her role at the Lucas Oil Stadium includes the implementation of new programs and projects to create memorable and enjoyable experiences for our patrons and guests.

Sara graduated with her Bachelor's Degree from Minnesota in Sport Management and received her Master's in Business Administration from Soutwest Minnesota State University. In her role as Assistant Ticket Office Manager, she assists in day-to-day operations in the ticket office, working with promoters, creating events and putting them on sale. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, seeing family & friends, and attending & watching sporting events.
Kathy FuerstenauTicket Office Bookkeeper

Kathy Fuerstenau, Ticket Office Bookkeeper, brings 25+ years of accounting experience to work with promoters and accurately complete the settlement of all events at the stadium.  As a life-long sports enthusiast, she enjoys being a part of the Lucas Oil Stadium team.
